Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you register, create learning plans, complete adaptive exams, manage your calendar, or contact us for support. This includes:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, password, and membership status
- Learning Data: Plan outlines, exam responses, calendar entries, progress signals, and preferences you record to organise your studies
- Communication: Messages you send through email or the feedback form
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our learning platform
- Personalize your learning experience
- Communicate with you about your account and our services
- Improve our services and develop new features
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
To generate personalised plans and feedback, we securely send the necessary prompts and study context to our AI providers, Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite and OpenAI GPT-4o mini. We also use Supabase and Vercel analytics to understand retention and page visits so we can improve the product. We do not sell your analytics data.
3. Data Storage and Security
We host your account, learning, and authentication data on Supabase, which provides encrypted storage at rest, encrypted transit over TLS, and managed authentication safeguards by default. Our application runs on Vercel, which applies similar transport protections between our services. We limit platform access to authorised team members and review our settings regularly to maintain security.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share only what is necessary with trusted processors that help us deliver the service, including Supabase for hosting and authentication, Vercel for infrastructure and analytics, payment vendors for billing, and email providers for communications. We may use aggregated, de-identified insights internally to improve the platform, but we do not sell this data.
5. Your Data Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing of your personal data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
You can manage many of these rights within your account settings. If you need help, contact us using the details below and we will respond in line with applicable laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA where relevant.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data while you maintain an active account so we can deliver the service. When you request account deletion, we remove your learning data and credentials from our active systems and delete associated backups within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or an in-product message before implementing any material changes and update the "Last updated" date below.
8. Contact Us
