These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the learn-minimum website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Service Overview

learn-minimum offers AI-assisted planning, study organisation tools, and guided learning experiences. Features may evolve over time, and some functionality may require payment. We may add, suspend, or remove features at any time in our discretion, and we will give advance notice if a change materially affects your use of the Service.

4. Availability and Beta Notice

The Service is in an initial launch phase. Downtime, bugs, or interruptions may occur. We appreciate your patience while we continue to stabilise and improve the experience. Please report problems or feature requests at learn-minimum.com/feedback; we aim to respond and resolve issues as promptly as we can.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes prohibitions on: (a) violating any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems; (c) interfering with or disrupting the Service; (d) reverse engineering or copying the Service beyond what is expressly permitted; and (e) using the Service to build a competing product without written permission.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload or generate while using the Service. By submitting content, you grant learn-minimum a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that content solely to operate and provide the Service. All learn-minimum trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials remain our exclusive property and may not be used without our prior written consent.

7. AI-Generated Guidance

The Service relies on AI systems to generate study plans, assessments, and suggestions. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete despite our safeguards. Treat these responses as structured guidance and use independent judgment or trusted sources to verify important information. You remain responsible for how you apply any recommendations.

8. Payments and Refunds

Paid memberships renew according to the billing terms presented at the time of purchase. If you are unsatisfied after activating a paid membership for the first time, you may request a refund within five (5) days by emailing support@learn-minimum.com. Refund requests outside this window are evaluated at our discretion. You can cancel your subscription at any time; if you experience technical issues doing so, contact us at the same email and we will assist.

9. Third-Party Services

Certain features depend on trusted third-party providers, including AI models from Google and OpenAI. By using those features, you authorise us to transmit the necessary data to deliver the Service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, learn-minimum and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful conduct. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence unless mandatory legislation requires otherwise. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
